I grew up in Pleasant grove Utah, the oldest of four kids. I went to Greenwood Elementary, American Fork and Pleasant Grove Junior Highs and Pleasant Grove High school. I had some amazing teachers that inspired me to become a teacher. I have been married to my husband Paul for ten years. We have four boys, a little girl, a daughter-in law and a grandson that is one year old. My family is one of the most important things to me, along with being a teacher. I think of my students as part of my family and I love being in the classroom!
Some of my hobbies include traveling, scrap booking and reading. I had not traveled out of the United States, or really even out of Utah, until I was 25 years. My first trip outside of the US was when I went to Japan for a week and it was AMAZING!!
